  Production on all orders will only start once payment has been made in full.
• New designs of a product will have a set-up fee of R 150-00 once off. (This does not include exclusivity rites on this design, which will be a further R 500-00)
• Should any design changes be made to an existing product, it will be considered as a new design. R 150-00 design fees and if you are so inclined an R 500-00 exclusivity fee will apply. (This excludes colour or the adding of wording, this will have no extra fee up to 2 changes, there after R150,00 per change )
• Once design fees have been paid, you will be presented with a design. You are allowed 2 changes per design free of charge, there after you will be charged R150.00 per change

• Personalized names will have an R 10-00 set up fee per name, irrespective of the size.
• Bulk names more than 20 names will have a standard setup fee of R 150.00 (this will usually be for weddings, functions, parties or prize giving’s etc.)
• Bulk names less than 20 names will have a standard setup fee of R 50.00 (this will usually be for parties or prize giving’s etc.)
• Please NOTE all set-up fees are excluding any design fees.
• A delivery fee will apply to all orders
• Manufacturing / Deliveries my take between 7 to 15 working days depending on the product
• Exchanges will be at the discretion of E.F Traders
• No cancelations after orders have been paid
• BRANDED products CAN not be cancelled, exchanged or a design change made after productions has started on the order.
• Please keep in mind that colours may differ on any painted products. I usually is impossible to match the customer’s specific shade.
• All specialized orders will be subject to an artwork approval first.
• Once the artwork has been signed off no design changes will be accepted.
• E.F Traders will take no responsibility for any products damaged during shipping.
• E.F Traders will take no responsibility for any damage caused by electrical faults on electrically operated items.
• E.F Traders reserves the right to change prices at any given time, and also discontinue any product it sees fit.
• E.F Traders reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions to their own discretion in certain circumstances.
